APL Architects is a Philippine-based architectural firm specializing in luxury homes and resorts. Over the last 20 years, we've been providing innovative solutions and quality professional services which led to the design and construction of several townhouses, residential structures, commercial establishments, warehouses, and restaurants.

THE ARCHITECT
APL Architects
With a gifted hand and a streak of passion for designing & building aesthetically sound dwellings, Architect Philip Lu completed his architecture degree in Manila, Philippines and took his apprenticeship in Brazil and California, USA. After passing the board exams, he immediately went to Singapore and became part of DP Architects Pte. Ltd., wherein he spent much of his early career.

His first project in Singapore was Marina Square Leisureplex, under Marina Centre Holdings. The project comprised a commercial complex with six cinemas by Golden Village. His other projects involved design in various developments in Kuala Lumpur, Myanmar and China. Soon after his career in Singapore, he was commissioned to go back to the Philippines to be a part of DP Consultants Inc. Philippines.
